The purpose of the Grain School Public Forum is to reach out to the community to share the celebration of Colorado-grown grains and mobilize momentum in re-establishing greater grain diversity in the Rocky Mountain West. In the past, the public forum was filled with surprises! With keynotes, artisan panels, and experts from across the US, the Forum sparked interest through tasting the deliciousness of freshly baked sourdough breads and pizzas made with heritage grains, creative brews, and spirits. During the talks, our graduate students served little samplers of Grain School's creative dishes in concert with topics highlighted in the forum! 

In 2021 we successfully organized 3 online Public Forums with over 400 attendees over the course of 3 months. We share here a wonderful collection of recorded sessions:
