Making Sourdough Pizza Crust

Sourdough Pizza Crust:

I followed a recipe I got from Krista which uses 250 grams of flour, 200 grams of water, 25-30 grams of sourdough starter, and 1 gram of salt.
Since I do not have scale I tried my best to convert the ingredients into cups and tablespoons.
I mixed the ingredients and let the dough sit for about 20-30 minutes.
Some of the conversions seemed a bit off so I had to add some extra water and play around with it until I felt it looked okay to use.
I used tomato basil sauce from Trader Joe’s, mozzarella from sprouts and put mushrooms on it. When it came out of the oven I sprinkled on some fresh arugula!
I baked the pizza at around 400 for 20 minutes or so.
This was my first time ever eating sourdough pizza and I have to say, I loved it and can’t wait to make it again!
In the future I would probably experiment with adding some garlic powder into the dough.
